Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes below are in addition to this processing time. During peak periods, new launches, and sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Options

Standard Envelope (No Tracking):  A simple delivery option for smaller items when tracking isn’t required. If you’d prefer tracking or faster delivery, we recommend upgrading to a parcel service.

Standard Parcel (Tracked):  A reliable, tracked shipping option so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Express Post (Tracked & Fastest):  Our fastest shipping option — ideal for time sensitive orders or last-minute gifts.

Customer Pick-Up: Melbourne-based customers can select Customer Pick-Up at checkout.
