We carefully pack and dispatch every Short Story order from our Melbourne warehouse, thoughtfully prepared and ready to gift.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes below are in addition to this processing time. During peak periods, new launches, and sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Options

Standard Envelope (No Tracking):  A simple delivery option for smaller items when tracking isn’t required. If you’d prefer tracking or faster delivery, we recommend upgrading to a parcel service.

Standard Parcel (Tracked):  A reliable, tracked shipping option so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Express Post (Tracked & Fastest):  Our fastest shipping option — ideal for time sensitive orders or last-minute gifts.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria (Postcode 3175).

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method. All shipping rates include handling and packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Customer Pick-Up: Melbourne-based customers can select Customer Pick-Up at checkout.
