Where do I enter the discount code?

The discount code can be applied after the PayPal screen after you process your credit card or PayPal details.

The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?

Email us at post@myshortstory.com.au with the name of the item (or a description) and we will let you know if we are restocking this item.  If we are, we will put you on our pre-order list and hold the item for you. Once the item arrives we will email you right away and let you know!

If I order something today, when will I receive it?

Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on if you live in a metro area in Australia.

We ship out your goods within the same business day if orders are made before 3pm or the next business day if after 3pm.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from E-parcel with your tracking number. You can track your consignment code by clicking HERE. (http://auspost.com.au/track/)

 

I need my item ASAP, can you help me?

If you need your goods urgently please leave a request “URGENT” in the comments section on checkout and any other special requests you have and we will do our best to make sure everything is addressed.

Or just give us a call if you are unsure and speak to one of our friendly staff.

 

How do I access my store credit?

If you've been given a store credit, please refer to the promotion code in the email we sent you with your store credit and enter this promotion code during checkout.  The store credit will automatically come off your total purchase.

I have credit, how do I use it?

A note of credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit note has a 2 year expiry period from the date of purchase, and will appear as a payment option when you next checkout with us.

   

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Pay Pal.
