WHEN WILL STAR WARS X SHORT STORY'S MAY THE 4TH COLLECTION BE AVAILABLE?
The Star Wars x Short Story’s May the 4th collection is now available for purchase in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore!
As this is a limited edition collection, we recommend placing an order to avoid any disappointment in the case that your desired products become sold out.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CONTAINS BOTH AVAILABLE PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON PRE-ORDER?
In the case that your order contains both available products and products that are on pre-order, we will hold your order and ship everything together in one package once your pre-ordered products become available.
If you wish to split your delivery and receive the available products first, please contact us via email at contact@shortstory.com.au.
WILL SHORT STORY'S STAR WARS COLLECTION BE AVAILABLE IN THE U.S.?
Our Star Wars collection is currently not available in the U.S., but we are trying our best to bring it to you! If you'd like to help us launch Star Wars x Short Story in the U.S., please sign up on this page. By submitting your email you'll also be the first to hear once our collections become available to you!
ARE THERE DELAYS DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION?
We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to the COVID-19 situation, but are working hard to get your products to you as soon as possible. In the event that any further delays do occur, this page will be updated to reflect any changes so please check here regularly.
Due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 7 business days after the official release date for your Star Wars products to be dispatched. Our warehouse team is working extremely hard to fulfil all of your orders, however due to the increased volume of orders and current COVID-19 safety guidelines this may take longer than usual.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A PRE-ORDER?
Yes. You will be charged the full value of your cart upon placing your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you have not only agreed to the terms and nature of a pre-order, but also understand and agree to the risks involved with such pre-orders.
This is an estimate only, and does not involve any contractual obligations.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please contact us at contact@shortstory.com.au with your refund request. Each refund request is processed on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 30 business days from the date of your request for a full refund to be processed.
By placing a pre-order, you expressly agree to Short Story charging the full price of the products at such time.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We pack your products with heart & hand and ship them from Bayswater, Victoria 3153.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We have a $10 flat rate for standard shipping in Australia, but if you spend over $100 then shipping is on us! Rates vary for international shipping depending on your location, so please check our shipping page here for more information.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
For a better estimation of shipping time you can calculate postage & delivery times here with our postcode 3153. Please note that all Star Wars x Short Story pre-orders will be dispatched within 7 days of the official release due to the high volume of orders.

Because it is a limited edition collection, products are available only while stock lasts.
