Yes. We are working as hard as we can to fulfill all of the orders as quick as we can however due to the increased volume of orders and new safety standards (social distance requirements) it might take longer than usually. Our couriers are also experiencing delays.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A PRE-ORDER? 

Yes. You will be charged the full Price of the Products upon the placement of the Pre-Order. By placing a pre-order, you have not only agreed to the terms and nature of a pre-order, but also understand and agree to the risks involved with such pre-orders.

WHEN WILL DISNEY X SHORT STORY JEWELLERY BE AVAILABLE?

Disney x Short Story Jewellery will be available most likely from 12th of December but we are doing our best to make it available even faster. If your order contains DISNEY X SHORT STORY Jewellery and other products, we will dispatch it to you all together as soon as the jewellery arrives. 

I SPENT OVER $350 ON DISNEY X SHORT STORY PRODUCTS AND I DON'T SEE MY TINKER BELL EARRINGS & TRINKET ?

Yes. The Tinker Bell goodies will be added to your order after you checked out. You won't be able to see it in your order confirmation but you will definitely receive it with your order as long as we advertise it and as long as the stock lasts. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If you wish to cancel your order and thus receive a refund, contact us with regards to your refund request. Each refund request is processed on a case by case basis.

Allow 30 business days from the date of request for a full refund to be processed. Your placing of a pre-­order constitutes your express agreement to Short Story of charging the full Price of the Products at such time. 

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I ORDER?

Please note that our Disney collection is limited to 10 pieces per product unless stated otherwise. Our store is set up to block larger quantities however if you exceed this limit your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. If you wish to purchase larger quantities please feel free to contact our team via email: contact@shortstory.com.au.

We do this to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to enjoy our Disney collection so please be mindful of this! :)

We pack your products with heart & hand and ship it from Bayswater 3153, Victoria.

WHAT IF I ORDER SHORT STORY PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?

We will send you all of your goodies together at one go as soon as the stock is available. If you wish to receive what’s available first please contact us via email: contact@shortstory.com.au.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

We have a flat $10 shipping rate or if you spend over $100 it's FREE, this one is on us :) 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

CAN I USE CODE SS25 TO PURCHASE DISNEY X SHORT STORY FRAMES?

Unfortunately, the code SS25 applies only for regular purchase order and not for pre-orders.
